Polish Architecture XXL 2016
On Monday, March 20, we had the great pleasure to be on The Polish Architecture XXL Gala.
Awards are given in 3 categories - cubature, interiors and landscape, and the chance to judge the projects had not only the professional jury, but also internet users who have voted for the best projects on-line. The poll was conducted on the Arts-Architecture.pl, Sztuka-Wnetrza.pl and Sztuka-Krajobrazu.pl portals, which were the main organizers of the Gala.
At Gala we personally handed the prizes for the best public interior: a café and a buffet at the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theater, designed by the Marta Koniczuk Office of the Interior Architecture and the Grand Prix - the main prize of the Polish Architecture XXL, which went to Robert Konieczny for his private house Konieczny's Ark in Brenna designed in co-operation with his KWK Promes studio.
In addition, Ewa Kaszuba-Nawrocka presented the presentation of "Flash & DQ by Lug Light Factory - a new dimension of lighting based on selected interiors", which was supplemented by Paweł Kmiecik's lecture on "Lug Light Form - lighting design versus BIM technology".
